class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6574\u4ef6\u4e8b\u7684\u958b\u7aef\uff0c\u59cb\u65bc\u6709\u4e00\u540d\u6210\u529f\u9003\u812b\u7684\u52de\u5de5\u5411\u7576\u5c40\u8209\u5831\uff0c\u8072\u7a31\u4ed6\u7684\u89aa\u4eba\u548c\u8a31\u591a\u5176\u4ed6\u5de5\u4eba\uff0c\u88ab\u56da\u7981\u5728\u4e00\u9593\u4f4d\u65bc\u5357\u4e9e\u90ca\u5340\u7684\u78da\u7aaf\u4e2d\u5099\u53d7\u525d\u524a\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u4e00\u540d\u4f86\u81ea\u570b\u5bb6\u6cd5\u5f8b\u670d\u52d9\u5c40\uff08State Legal Services Authority\uff09\u7684\u6cd5\u5b98\u610f\u8b58\u5230\u6848\u60c5\u56b4\u91cd\uff0c\u4fbf\u8fc5\u901f\u4e0b\u4ee4\u5c55\u958b\u71df\u6551\u884c\u52d5\u3002\u8b66\u65b9\u548c\u7576\u5730\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u5b98\u54e1\u57f7\u884c\u6551\u63f4\u884c\u52d5\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u5728\u597d\u5e7e\u500b\u9130\u8fd1\u7684\u5efa\u7bc9\u7269\u627e\u5230\u4e09\u5ea7\u78da\u7aaf\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u5176\u4e2d\u767c\u73fe\u4e86\u5927\u91cf\u9700\u8981\u6551\u52a9\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u3002\u7576\u5730\u7684\u9818\u5c0e\u4eba\u8aee\u8a62\u4e86\u591a\u500b\u52de\u5de5\u6b0a\u76ca\u7d44\u7e54\u548c\u570b\u969b\u884c\u7fa9\u6703\uff08\u7c21\u7a31\u300c\u884c\u7fa9\u6703\u300d\uff09\u7684\u610f\u898b\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u5de5\u4eba\u5011\u5b89\u5168\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"rescue-operations-in-detail\">\u6551\u63f4\u884c\u52d5\u7684\u59cb\u672b<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u622a\u81f32026\u5e745\u670819\u65e5\uff08\u661f\u671f\u4e8c\uff09\u508d\u665a\uff0c\u6551\u63f4\u4eba\u54e1\u4ecd\u5728\u8ddf\u7372\u6551\u7684\u5de5\u4eba\u9032\u884c\u8a2a\u8ac7\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u70ba\u4ed6\u5011\u63d0\u4f9b\u5373\u6642\u7684\u98df\u7269\u3001\u98f2\u7528\u6c34\u548c\u91ab\u7642\u63f4\u52a9\u3002\u96a8\u7740\u8abf\u67e5\u5c55\u958b\uff0c\u8a2a\u8ac7\u7684\u74b0\u7bc0\u5c07\u6703\u70ba\u5016\u5b58\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u500b\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u8b93\u4ed6\u5011\u8ff0\u8aaa\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u906d\u9047\uff0c\u89e3\u91cb\u6709\u751a\u9ebc\u74b0\u5883\u56e0\u7d20\u5c0e\u81f4\u4ed6\u5011\u8eab\u9677\u5f37\u8feb\u52de\u52d5\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u906d\u53d7\u6bc6\u6253\u3001\u76e3\u7981\u548c\u525d\u524a\u3002\u52de\u5de5\u90e8\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5df2\u7d93\u6709\u4f86\u81ea120\u591a\u500b\u5bb6\u5ead\u7684518\u4eba\u7372\u6551\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u8d85\u904e\u4e8c\u767e\u540d\u662f\u5152\u7ae5\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u5341\u540d\u662f\u51fa\u751f\u50c5\u5169\u9031\u81f3\u4e00\u500b\u6708\u7684\u65b0\u751f\u5b30\u5152\u3002 class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9019\u4e9b\u7372\u6551\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u4f86\u81ea\u5176\u4ed6\u90a6\u7684\u8ca7\u56f0\u793e\u5340\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u906d\u8ca9\u904b\u5230\u7576\u5730\uff0c\u88ab\u8feb\u5728\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u66b4\u529b\u548c\u6050\u61fc\u4e2d\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e86\u4e09\u3001\u56db\u5e74\u4e4b\u4e45\u3002\u78da\u7aaf\u4e3b\u66fe\u6177\u6168\u5730\u5411\u4ed6\u5011\u767c\u653e\u300c\u9810\u652f\u85aa\u91d1\u300d\uff0c\u4f46\u96a8\u5f8c\u537b\u8b8a\u6210\u4e86\u6bcf\u6708\u905e\u589e\u7684\u4e0d\u5be6\u50b5\u52d9\uff0c\u4f7f\u9019\u4e9b\u5de5\u4eba\u6df1\u9677\u5176\u4e2d\u7121\u6cd5\u812b\u8eab\u3002\u6b64\u6642\u6b63\u503c\u5357\u4e9e\u4e00\u5e74\u4e2d\u6700\u708e\u71b1\u7684\u5b63\u7bc0\uff0c\u78da\u7aaf\u5834\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u6eab\u5ea6\u53ef\u4ee5\u8d85\u904e\u651d\u6c0f43\u5ea6\uff0c\u63a5\u8fd1\u78da\u7aaf\u8655\u66f4\u662f\u9177\u71b1\u96e3\u7576\u3002\u5b98\u54e1\u548c\u884c\u7fa9\u6703\u7684\u8077\u54e1\u90fd\u6ce8\u610f\u5230\uff0c\u5de5\u4eba\u5011\u660e\u986f\u71df\u990a\u4e0d\u826f\u3001\u7b4b\u75b2\u529b\u76e1\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u82e6\u82e6\u54c0\u6c42\u5e0c\u671b\u5f97\u5230\u89e3\u6551\u548c\u91cb\u653e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u7576\u5c40\u5df2\u902e\u6355\u4e86\u4e09\u540d\u78da\u7aaf\u4e3b\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u6b63\u88ab\u8b66\u65b9\u62d8\u7559\u3002\u7576\u5c40\u4ea6\u56b4\u683c\u9075\u5b88\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7684\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u5016\u5b58\u8005\u7372\u5f97\u5b89\u5168\u4fdd\u969c\u3002\u653f\u5e9c\u5df2\u958b\u59cb\u4e86\u9063\u8fd4\u5016\u5b58\u8005\u7684\u6f2b\u9577\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u53c8\u70ba\u4ed6\u5011\u5b89\u6392\u65e5\u5f8c\u7684\u7e8c\u9867\u670d\u52d9\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 \u6216\u7a31\u5f37\u8feb\u52de\u52d5\uff08Forced Labor\uff09\u548c\u50b5\u52d9\u5974\u5f79\uff08Debt Bondage)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u62b5\u50b5\u52de\u52d5\u662f\u904d\u4f48\u5168\u7403\u3001\u7531\u4f86\u5df2\u4e45\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002\u8a31\u591a\u8ca7\u56f0\u5bb6\u5ead\u70ba\u4e86\u7dad\u6301\u57fa\u672c\u751f\u8a08\uff0c\u88ab\u8feb\u8207\u4e0d\u6cd5\u5206\u5b50\u9054\u6210\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u7684\u5354\u8b70\u3002\u81ea\u6b64\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u9700\u4e0d\u65b7\u511f\u9084\u6301\u7e8c\u7d2f\u7a4d\u7684\u5229\u606f\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u4e9b\u50b5\u52d9\u5f80\u5f80\u88ab\u8a2d\u8a08\u6210\u96e3\u4ee5\u6e05\u511f\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u4e00\u958b\u59cb\u5c31\u7121\u610f\u8b93\u5176\u9084\u6e05\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u5e38\u5ef6\u7e8c\u81f3\u4e0b\u4e00\u4ee3\uff0c\u4e43\u81f3\u518d\u4e0b\u4e00\u4ee3\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u4e9b\u5f37\u8feb\u52de\u52d5\u6216\u8a31\u5177\u6709\u66ab\u6642\u6027\uff0c\u4f46\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u6301\u7e8c\u591a\u5e74\u4e4b\u4e45\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7684\u52de\u5de5\uff0c\u90fd\u61c9\u8a72\u4eab\u6709\u300c\u81ea\u9858\u53d7\u50f1\u300d\uff08at will employment\uff09\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\uff0c\u9019\u610f\u5473\u7740\u4ed6\u5011\u6709\u81ea\u7531\u96a8\u6642\u63a5\u53d7\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u9080\u7d04\u6216\u662f\u8acb\u8fad\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5728\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4e86\u6709\u5b9a\u6642\u4f11\u606f\u3001\u7528\u9910\u548c\u8f2a\u73ed\u7684\u5b89\u6392\u3002\u4ee4\u4eba\u907a\u61be\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u50cf\u9019\u6a23\u57fa\u672c\u7684\u4eba\u6b0a\u4e26\u4e0d\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u5168\u7403\u6578\u767e\u842c\u4eba\u53e3\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u511f\u9084\u50b5\u52d9\u7684\u58d3\u529b\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u72af\u7f6a\u5206\u5b50\u5f80\u5f80\u9084\u900f\u904e\u865b\u5047\u7684\u627f\u8afe\u3001\u7d81\u67b6\u6216\u66b4\u529b\u5a01\u8105\u4f86\u5a01\u8feb\u52de\u5de5\u3002\u6839\u64da\u570b\u969b\u52de\u5de5\u7d44\u7e54\uff08International Labour Organization\uff09\u7684\u5831\u544a\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u6bcf\u5929\u67092.76\u5104\u4eba\u88ab\u5f37\u8feb\u52de\u52d5\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u56db\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u662f\u5152\u7ae5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
