Code\uff09\u7684\u689d\u6587\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u6cd5\u4f8b\u80fd\u5920\u9069\u5207\u56de\u61c9\u7576\u4eca\u6578\u78bc\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u5be6\u6cc1\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u6e05\u695a\u78ba\u8a8d\u9019\u7a2e\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u6027\u8650\u5f85\uff0c\u6703\u4ee4\u5230\u6709\u8840\u6709\u8089\u7684\u5152\u7ae5\u53d7\u5230\u50b7\u5bb3\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7f85\u99ac\u5c3c\u4e9e\u7684\u5b98\u54e1\u8207\u4fdd\u8b77\u5152\u7ae5\u7684\u5c08\u5bb6\u805a\u9996\u4e00\u5802\uff0c\u5c31\u7740\u5982\u4f55\u4fdd\u8b77\u5152\u7ae5\u514d\u53d7\u7db2\u4e0a\u65e5\u76ca\u7316\u7357\u7684\u5a01\u8105\u6240\u4fb5\u5bb3\uff0c\u5c55\u958b\u4e86\u523b\u4e0d\u5bb9\u7de9\u7684\u63a2\u8a0e\u3002\u662f\u6b21\u6703\u8b70\u7531\u6253\u64ca\u4eba\u53e3\u8ca9\u904b\u806f\u5408\u7279\u5225\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\uff08Joint Special Committee for Combating Trafficking in Persons\uff09\u8207\u570b\u969b\u884c\u7fa9\u6703\uff08\u7c21\u7a31\u300c\u884c\u7fa9\u6703\u300d\uff09\u5408\u8fa6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6703\u8b70\u7684\u7126\u9ede\u96c6\u4e2d\u65bc\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u5c0d\u65bc\u300a\u5211\u6cd5\u300b\u7b2c374\u689d\u7684\u4fee\u8a02\u5efa\u8b70\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u4fee\u8a02\u65e8\u5728\u66f4\u65b0\u904e\u6642\u7684\u63aa\u8fad\uff0c\u8b93\u6cd5\u4f8b\u6e05\u6670\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u5c55\u793a\u4efb\u4f55\u6d89\u53ca\u5152\u7ae5\u906d\u53d7\u5230\u6027\u8650\u5f85\u7684\u7167\u7247\u6216\u5f71\u7247\uff0c\u5373\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5c0d\u8a72\u540d\u771f\u5be6\u7684\u5152\u7ae5\u9020\u6210\u5be6\u8cea\u7684\u50b7\u5bb3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u70ba\u4f55\u73fe\u5728\u9700\u8981\u4f5c\u51fa\u9019\u4e9b\u4fee\u8a02\uff1f<\/strong><br><br>\u8207\u6703\u8005\u4e00\u81f4\u8a8d\u540c\uff0c\u4eca\u5929\u5152\u7ae5\u5728\u7db2\u4e0a\u4ee5\u773e\u591a\u5f62\u5f0f\u6210\u70ba\u7f6a\u72af\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u73fe\u884c\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u672a\u80fd\u8ddf\u5f97\u4e0a\u5be6\u969b\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002\u72af\u7f6a\u5206\u5b50\u5229\u7528\u5373\u6642\u901a\u8a0a\u7a0b\u5f0f\u3001\u8996\u50cf\u76f4\u64ad\u5de5\u5177\u3001\u7db2\u8def\u904a\u6232\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u662f\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u7b49\u65b0\u6280\u8853\u4f86\u63a5\u89f8\u548c\u525d\u524a\u5152\u7ae5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5c08\u5bb6\u89e3\u91cb\u8aaa\uff0c\u73fe\u884c\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u53ea\u628a\u6b64\u985e\u7f6a\u884c\u8996\u4f5c\u64fe\u4e82\u516c\u5171\u79e9\u5e8f\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u5c0d\u8a72\u540d\u5152\u7ae5\u9020\u6210\u76f4\u63a5\u7684\u50b7\u5bb3\u3002\u5efa\u8b70\u7684\u4fee\u8a02\u89e3\u6c7a\u9019\u500b\u554f\u984c\u7684\u8fa6\u6cd5\u5c31\u662f\uff0c\u5c07\u6b64\u985e\u7f6a\u884c\u7d0d\u5165\u6cd5\u5178\u4e2d\u6b78\u985e\u70ba\u4eba\u8eab\u653b\u64ca\u7684\u7bc4\u7587\u3002\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u8a71\uff0c\u7f85\u99ac\u5c3c\u4e9e\u7684\u6cd5\u5236\u4fbf\u6703\u6b50\u6d32\u7684\u6a19\u6e96\u4e00\u8996\u540c\u4ec1\uff0c\u5c07\u6703\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u78ba\u4fdd\u5152\u7ae5\u7372\u5f97\u61c9\u6709\u7684\u4fdd\u969c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4fee\u8a02\u5efa\u8b70\u9084\u5305\u62ec\u4e86\u5c07\u904e\u6642\u7684\u300c\u5152\u7ae5\u8272\u60c5\u7269\u54c1\u300d\uff08child pornography\uff09\u4e00\u8a5e\uff0c\u66f4\u63db\u70ba\u300c\u5305\u542b\u6027\u8650\u5f85\u672a\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\u4e4b\u6750\u6599\u300d\uff08materials containing sexual abuse of minors\uff09\uff0c\u5f8c\u8005\u80fd\u66f4\u6e96\u78ba\u5730\u53cd\u6620\u51fa\u9019\u985e\u7f6a\u884c\u7684\u56b4\u91cd\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u653f\u5e9c\u9ad8\u5c64\u652f\u6301\u52a0\u5f37\u5c0d\u5152\u7ae5\u7684\u4fdd\u969c<\/strong><br><br>\u9019\u5834\u6703\u8b70\u7531\u570b\u6703\u8b70\u54e1\u517c\u6253\u64ca\u4eba\u53e3\u8ca9\u904b\u806f\u5408\u7279\u5225\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u4e3b\u5e2d\u6234\u5b89\u5a1c\uff0e\u5716\u6c99\uff08Diana Tusa\uff09\u4e3b\u6301\uff0c\u800c\u8207\u6703\u4eba\u58eb\u6709\u4f86\u81ea\u653f\u5e9c\u5404\u90e8\u9580\u7684\u9818\u5c0e\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4e86\u90e8\u9577\u3001\u570b\u5bb6\u6a5f\u95dc\u5b98\u54e1\u3001\u6cd5\u5b98\u3001\u6aa2\u5bdf\u5b98\u548c\u8b66\u5bdf\uff0c\u6b64\u5916\u9084\u6709\u6c11\u9593\u7d44\u7e54\u7684\u4ee3\u8868\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u53c3\u8207\u8868\u660e\u4e86\u4e00\u4efd\u5805\u5b9a\u7684\u5171\u540c\u627f\u8afe\uff1a\u8981\u70ba\u5152\u7ae5\u5efa\u8a2d\u66f4\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u7db2\u8def\u4e16\u754c\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5354\u529b\u5236\u8a02\u9069\u5207\u7684\u6cd5\u4f8b\uff0c\u4ee5\u56de\u61c9\u7576\u4eca\u6578\u78bc\u9818\u57df\u4e2d\u767c\u751f\u7684\u6027\u525d\u524a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5168\u570b\u884c\u52d5\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206<\/strong><br><br>\u9019\u4e9b\u4fee\u8a02\u5c6c\u65bc\u5152\u7ae5\u4fdd\u8b77\u5951\u7d04\uff08Child Protection Compact\uff09\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u9019\u5951\u7d04\u662f\u7f85\u99ac\u5c3c\u4e9e\u8207\u7f8e\u570b\u7c3d\u8a02\u7684\u4e00\u9805\u5408\u4f5c\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u70ba\u671f\u4e94\u5e74\uff0c
