href=\"https:\/\/www.judiciary.senate.gov\/committee-activity\/hearings\/ending-the-scourge-the-need-for-the-stop-csam-act\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\uff08Ending the Scourge: The Need for the STOP CSAM Act\uff09<\/a>\uff0c\u662f\u570b\u6703\u70ba\u4e86\u9632\u6b62\u5728\u7db2\u4e0a\u6027\u8650\u5f85\u8207\u525d\u524a\u5152\u7ae5\u800c\u4f5c\u51fa\u7684\u52aa\u529b\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u570b\u969b\u884c\u7fa9\u6703\u7d42\u6b62\u7db2\u7d61\u5152\u7ae5\u6027\u525d\u524a\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08Center to End Online Sexual Exploitation of Children\uff09\u57f7\u884c\u7e3d\u76e3\u5854\u7d0d\u683c\uff0c\u61c9\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u4e3b\u5e2d\u55ac\u4ec0\uff0e\u970d\u5229\uff08Josh Hawley\uff0c\u5bc6\u8607\u91cc\u5dde\u5171\u548c\u9ee8\u8b70\u54e1\uff09\u8207\u8cc7\u6df1\u8b70\u54e1\u8fea\u514b\uff0e\u5fb7\u8cd3\uff08Dick Durbin\uff0c\u4f0a\u5229\u8afe\u4f0a\u5dde\u6c11\u4e3b\u9ee8\u8b70\u54e1\uff09\u7684\u9080\u8acb\uff0c\u51fa\u5e2d\u662f\u6b21\u6703\u8b70\u4f5c\u8b49\u3002\u5854\u7d0d\u683c\u6566\u4fc3\u570b\u6703\u5236\u8a02\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u7a4d\u6975\u9632\u6b62\u5152\u7ae5\u906d\u5230\u7db2\u4e0a\u6027\u525d\u524a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5854\u7d0d\u683c\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u570b\u6703\u61c9\u8a72\u901a\u904e\u4e00\u4e9b\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u4f01\u696d\u5e72\u64fe\u548c\u963b\u6b62\u5728\u7db2\u4e0a\u88fd\u4f5c\u548c\u50b3\u64ad\u6027\u8650\u5f85\u5152\u7ae5\u7684\u5167\u5bb9\uff0c\u8981\u628a\u76f4\u64ad\u5305\u62ec\u5728\u5167\u3002\u300d\u4ed6\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u8a31\u591a\u9019\u985e\u7f6a\u6848\u7684\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u8eab\u8655\u83f2\u5f8b\u8cd3\u6216\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\uff0c\u4f46\u7f8e\u570b\u4eba\u662f\u9019\u985e\u8272\u60c5\u5167\u5bb9\u6700\u5927\u7684\u6d88\u8cbb\u65cf\u7fa4\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u4e00\u65e6\u9019\u4e9b\u6027\u7f6a\u72af\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u754c\u7dda\uff0c\u5373\u662f\u958b\u59cb\u7d93\u904e\u7db2\u7d61\u6307\u63ee\u76f4\u64ad\u7684\u8650\u5f85\u7f6a\u884c\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u4fbf\u6703\u8de8\u8d8a\u4e00\u9053\u5fc3\u7406\u969c\u7919\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u89aa\u8eab\u72af\u6848\u8e8d\u8e8d\u6b32\u8a66\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u5373\u610f\u5473\u7740\u7f8e\u570b\u7684\u5c0f\u5b69\u5b50\u4e5f\u6703\u9762\u81e8\u771f\u5be6\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u5854\u7d0d\u683c\u88dc\u5145\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u70ba\u4e86\u8b93\u7f8e\u570b\u66f4\u52a0\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u61c9\u8a72\u5236\u8a02\u6cd5\u4f8b\uff0c\u5411\u5f9e\u4e8b\u9055\u6cd5\u76f4\u64ad\u7684\u4eba\u8ffd\u7a76\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u300c\u6211\u5011\u8feb\u5207\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u56b4\u53b2\u7684\u6cd5\u898f\u548c\u5f37\u70c8\u7684\u8a98\u56e0\uff0c\u4f86\u6fc0\u52f5\u7f8e\u570b\u7684\u79d1\u6280\u4f01\u696d\u56de\u61c9\u9019\u500b\u554f\u984c\u3002\u300d\u570b\u969b\u884c\u7fa9\u6703\u7f8e\u570b\u653f\u7b56\u8207\u5021\u8b70\uff08U.S. Policy and Advocacy\uff09\u7e3d\u76e3\u91d1\u5167\u7279\uff08Nate King\uff09\u5982\u6b64\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u6574\u500b\u884c\u696d\u5fc5\u9808\u63a1\u53d6\u66f4\u591a\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u5728\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u5e73\u53f0\u4e0a\u5075\u6e2c\u3001\u8209\u5831\u548c\u79fb\u9664\u6027\u8650\u5f85\u5152\u7ae5\u7684\u5167\u5bb9\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6027\u525d\u524a\u7684\u76f4\u64ad\u5728\u5167\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u300c\u53c3\u8b70\u54e1\u5fb7\u8cd3\u548c\u6211\u5728\u8a31\u591a\u5021\u8b70\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u4e0a\u651c\u624b\u5408\u4f5c\u3002\u6211\u8a8d\u70ba\u6c92\u6709\u751a\u9ebc\u6bd4\u8d77\u5c0d\u6297\u6027\u525d\u524a\u6216\u8650\u5f85\u5152\u7ae5\u7684\u798d\u5bb3\u66f4\u70ba\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e86\u3002\u300d\u4e3b\u5e2d\u970d\u5229\u9019\u6a23\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u73fe\u5728\u6b63\u662f\u8b93\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u5728\u6cd5\u5ead\u4e0a\u8a0e\u56de\u516c\u9053\u7684\u6642\u5019 \u2026 \u4f60\u7121\u6cd5\u8d77\u8a34\u9019\u4e9b\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u4ed6\u5011\u53d7\u5230\u570b\u6703\u6240\u7acb\u7684\u6cd5\u898f\u6240\u4fdd\u969c\uff0c\u4f46\u73fe\u5728\u6b63\u662f\u6539\u8b8a\u9019\u7a2e\u72c0\u6cc1\u7684\u6642\u5019\u4e86\uff01\u300d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">\u9019\u6b21\u807d\u8b49\u6703\u7684\u6642\u6a5f\uff0c\u6b63\u503c\u7b2c119\u5c46\u570b\u6703\u5be9\u8b70\u548c\u63d0\u51fa\u5982\u300a\u5236\u6b62\u6027\u8650\u5f85\u8207\u525d\u524a\u5152\u7ae5\u6cd5\u6848\u300b\u7b49\u6253\u64ca\u7db2\u4e0a\u6027\u525d\u524a\u5152\u7ae5\u7684\u6cd5\u4f8b\u4e4b\u969b\u3002\u5854\u7d0d\u683c\u63d0\u5021\u8a72\u6cd5\u6848\u7a0d\u65e9\u671f\u7248\u672c\u4e2d\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u5167\u5bb9\uff1a\u5016\u5b58\u8005\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u6cd5\u9662\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u53d7\u8a17\u4eba\u7372\u5f97\u8ce0\u511f\uff1b\u63d0\u9ad8\u7db2\u7d61\u901a\u5831\u5c08\u7dda\u7684\u532f\u5831\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4ee5\u652f\u63f4\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u548c\u8b58\u5225\u7591\u72af\uff1b\u8b93\u5016\u5b58\u8005\u6709\u6b0a\u8981\u6c42\u7db2\u8def\u5e73\u53f0\u522a\u9664\u4e00\u4e9b\u672a\u7d93\u4ed6\u5011\u540c\u610f\u800c\u4e0a\u8f09\u7684\u5716\u50cf\u548c\u5f71\u7247\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u300c\u7576\u53d7\u5bb3\u5152\u7ae5\u906d\u5230\u6027\u525d\u524a\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u88ab\u62cd\u6210\u7167\u7247\u6216\u5f71\u7247\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u88ab\u516c\u958b\u5c55\u793a\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u5c0a\u56b4\u548c\u79c1\u96b1\u6703\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u906d\u53d7\u5230\u525d\u596a\u3002\u300d\u8cc7\u6df1\u8b70\u54e1\u5fb7\u8cd3\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u6b63\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u300a\u5236\u6b62\u6027\u8650\u5f85\u8207\u525d\u524a\u5152\u7ae5\u6cd5\u6848\u300b\u5c0d\u806f\u90a6\u6cd5\u4f5c\u51fa\u4e86\u91cd\u5927\u7684\u66f4\u65b0\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u662f\u8a02\u7acb\u4e00\u9805\u5047\u5b9a\uff0c\u8b93\u53d7\u4fdd\u8b77\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u7dad\u6301\u4fdd\u5bc6\u7684\u72c0\u614b\uff0c\u4e26\u70ba\u6cd5\u5ead\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u4e9b\u88dc\u6551\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u4ee5\u61c9\u4ed8\u4efb\u4f55\u4e0d\u9075\u5b88\u9019\u4e9b\u79c1\u96b1\u689d\u6b3e\u7684\u5f8b\u5e2b\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
