\u9019\u6b21\u57f9\u8a13\uff0c\u7531IJM\u53ca\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u548c\u5168\u7403\u7267\u7f8a\u4eba\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff08Malaysia and Global Shepherds Berhad\uff0dGSB\uff09\u5408\u8fa6\uff0c\u4e26\u5f97\u5230\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u53cd\u4eba\u53e3\u8ca9\u904b\u53ca\u8d70\u79c1\u79fb\u6c11\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u5168\u570b\u7b56\u7565\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\uff08Malaysia\u2019s National Strategic Office of the Council for Anti-Trafficking in Persons and Anti-Smuggling of Migrants\uff0dNSO-MAPO\uff09\u7684\u652f\u6301\u3002\u6703\u8b70\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u8b93\u7576\u5c40\u4e86\u89e3\u5230\uff0c\u5728\u8655\u7406\u4eba\u53e3\u8ca9\u904b\u7684\u6848\u4ef6\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ee5\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u70ba\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u61c9\u5c0d\u63aa\u65bd\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u8a13\u7df4\u4ed6\u5011\u66c9\u5f97\u600e\u6a23\u4ee5\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u70ba\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5411\u76f8\u95dc\u4eba\u58eb\u63d0\u4f9b\u4fdd\u8b77\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6211\u5011\u5728\u5409\u9686\u5761\u3001\u99ac\u516d\u7532\u3001\u5409\u862d\u4e39\uff08Kelantan\uff09\u3001\u6ab3\u57ce\u3001\u67d4\u4f5b\uff08Johor\uff09\u3001\u7802\u62c9\u8d8a\uff08Sarawak\uff09\u548c\u6c99\u5df4\uff0c\u5171\u8209\u8fa6\u4e86\u4e03\u671f\u57f9\u8a13\u8ab2\u7a0b\u3002\u53c3\u8207\u57f9\u8a13\u8005\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u90e8\u9580\u7684\u57f7\u6cd5\u4eba\u54e1\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u7687\u5bb6\u8b66\u5bdf\uff08Royal Malaysia Police \uff0dPDRM\uff09\u3001\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u7687\u5bb6\u6d77\u95dc\uff08Royal Malaysia Customs\uff09\u3001\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u6d77\u4e8b\u57f7\u6cd5\u6a5f\u69cb\uff08Malaysia Maritime Enforcement Agency\uff0dMMEA\uff09\u3001\u79fb\u6c11\u5c40\uff08Immigration Department\uff0dJIM\uff09\u548c\u52de\u5de5\u5c40\uff08Department of Labour\uff09\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u4f86\u81ea\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u7e3d\u6aa2\u5bdf\u9577\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\uff08Attorney-General\u2019s Chambers\uff09\u7684\u526f\u6aa2\u5bdf\u5b98\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u57282021\u5e74\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u300a\u8ca9\u904b\u4eba\u53e3\u5831\u544a\u300b\uff08Trafficking in Persons\uff0dTIP\uff09\u5c07\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u7684\u8a55\u7d1a\u5f9e\u7b2c\u4e8c\u7d1a\u964d\u81f3\u7b2c\u4e09\u7d1a\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u81ea2014\u5e74\u4ee5\u4f86\u7684\u9996\u6b21\u964d\u7d1a\u3002\u5118\u7ba1\u7576\u5c40\u63a1\u53d6\u5404\u9805\u63aa\u65bd\u61c9\u5c0d\u4eba\u53e3\u8ca9\u904b\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff08\u57282022\u5e74\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u4ecd\u88ab\u8a55\u5b9a\u70ba\u7b2c\u4e09\u7d1a\uff09\uff0c\u5831\u544a\u6307\u51fa\u99ac\u570b\u4ecd\u672a\u5b8c\u5168\u7b26\u5408\u6d88\u9664\u4eba\u53e3\u8ca9\u904b\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u4ea6\u6c92\u6709\u70ba\u6b64\u4f5c\u51fa\u91cd\u5927\u7684\u52aa\u529b\u3002 \u5728\u8b58\u5225\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\u4e0a\u6c92\u6709\u8a8d\u771f\u548c\u4e00\u81f4\u5730\u57f7\u884c\uff0c\u9019\u5169\u9ede\u57282022\u5e74\u5ea6\u7684TIP\u5831\u544a\u4e2d\u5df2\u88ab\u5217\u70ba\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u6311\u6230\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u300c\u4eba\u53e3\u8ca9\u904b\u662f\u4e00\u9805\u99ed\u4eba\u7684\u7f6a\u884c\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5728\u7576\u4e2d\u8ca7\u56f0\u7684\u4eba\u906d\u53d7\u5230\u50b7\u5bb3\u8207\u525d\u524a\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u6253\u64ca\u9019\u7a2e\u7f6a\u884c\u7684\u52aa\u529b\u90fd\u8a72\u4e0d\u7559\u9918\u5730\u3002\u300d\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9eIJM\u7e3d\u76e3\u9ec3\u667a\u84ee\uff08Ji Lien Ooi\uff09\u5728\u5409\u9686\u5761\u9996\u5834\u57f9\u8a13\u7684\u958b\u5e55\u79ae\u81f4\u8fad\u4e2d\u5982\u6b64\u8aaa\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u9ec3\u5973\u58eb\u9084\u5f37\u8abf\uff0c\u6709\u95dc\u61c9\u5c0d\u4eba\u53e3\u8ca9\u904b\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u8fa6\u6cd5\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u4ee5\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u70ba\u4e2d\u5fc3\u53ca\u4f7f\u7528\u5275\u50b7\u77e5\u60c5\uff08trauma-informed \uff09\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u5341\u5206\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u662f\u5728\u4fdd\u8b77\u53d7\u5bb3\u4eba\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e2d\uff0c\u5728\u57f7\u6cd5\u548c\u8d77\u8a34\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4ea6\u7136\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u8207\u6703\u8005\u9084\u63a5\u53d7\u4e86\u5176\u4ed6\u8a13\u7df4\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u5982\u4f55\u8b58\u5225\u53d7\u5bb3\u4eba\u3001\u8abf\u67e5\u6280\u5de7\u3001\u8ca9\u904b\u8005\u7279\u5fb5\u7c21\u4ecb\u3001\u8655\u7406\u4eba\u53e3\u8ca9\u904b\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u5275\u50b7\u77e5\u60c5\u65b9\u6cd5\u3001\u4ee5\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u70ba\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u6aa2\u63a7\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u9084\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u901a\u904e\u5c0f\u7d44\u6d3b\u52d5\u61c9\u7528\u6240\u5b78\u5230\u7684\u77e5\u8b58\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
